We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and well-established automotive retail group for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their flagship dealership in Letchworth.

The OpportunityWorking within a modern, high-performing workshop, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring exceptional standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard
Accurately interpret job cards and complete work efficiently
Perform road tests and assist with warranty repairs
Identify and report any additional work required
Keep up to date with the latest vehicle technology, including EV/Hybrid systems
Maintain clear and accurate records of all work carried out
We're looking for a skilled technician who is passionate about the automotive industry and takes pride in their workmanship.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
At least 2 years' experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician
Experience with EV/Hybrid vehicles (highly desirable)
MOT Licence (preferred but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
Own tools
Strong team player with good communication skills
£Competitive basic salary with bonus scheme
OTE circa £38,500
